Primary Duty: Overview Supports the production of molded polyurethane foam by removing finished foam pads from molds and preparing molds for the next cycle. Performs duties as part of a rotating production team to ensure consistent quality and output.- Remove molded foam pads from tools by hand and place them on designated conveyor belts based on product code.
- Clean molds by removing flash and debris by hand; clean seal areas and automatic vents as necessary.
- Apply hand wax to molds to facilitate proper foam release; perform manual wax touch ups as needed.
- Rotate through production duties as assigned.
- Maintains cleanliness in assigned work areas and supports overall plant housekeeping standards.
- Adhere to assigned schedule, including working overtime and weekends as required.
- Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance.
