Oncology Veterinary Technician Caregiver to join our team. We pair new hires with a mentor to guide them through their introductory period. This is a
full-time, hourly position, working 4 ten-hour shifts per week.The Oncology Technician Caregiver assists the Oncologist in delivering precise and efficient patient care. He/she ensures smooth patient flow and conducts various procedures, including radiographs, lab work, and chemotherapy administration. This role is expected to have significant and compassionate client communication: in-person, phone calls and electronically. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills. The technician is also responsible for thorough and accurate medical documentation in the hospital’s PIMS and Whiteboard systems.
