Oil/Milk/Remelt Room Operator - 3rd shift - Reddi Wip/Tablespreads Plant

Shift: 10:30 PM-7:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $23.75 an hour + $$0.30 shift differential

• Starting pay $23.75/hour
  

• 3rd Shift is 10:30pm-7am
  
• Must be able to work overtime 4 hours before or after shift depending on needs
  

• Demonstrate behaviors in support of company safety procedures with focus on zero injuries.
  
• Perform quality checks as specified in procedures.
  
• Partner with the line lead to determine opportunities for cross training.
  
• Follow all training documents for job in assigned area.
  
• Keep all work areas and equipment clean and safe.
  
• Communicate with line lead and maintenance to ensure issues with assigned equipment are fixed promptly.
  
• The ability to interact effectively and professionally with coworkers.
  
• Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
  
• Perform other duties that the Team Leader or Production Manager might require.
  

• Availability to work overtime: 4 hours before or after a shift.
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds.
  
• Experience working in a processing, production, manufacturing, or distribution environment for 6 months or more.
  
• Experience maintaining industrial equipment and machinery.
