Multiporpoise Management is hiring an office specialist to join our growing team. We’re a medium sized, locally-owned vacation rental company managing properties in three locations around Lincoln City and two in Bend.
- $20/hour

- Chat with owners and guests, manage online bookings, and assign work to housekeeping and maintenance
- Use smart software to handle tasks like scheduling cleans and making reservations.
- Work full-time, including weekends
- Solid writing skills.
- The ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with technology. Google Docs, Excel, that sort of thing.
- Professional office experience is a plus.
- Each unit is individually owned and decorated-no cookie-cutter motel rooms here
- Most guests book online and never stop at the desk
- You�re not selling cheap beds to road-weary travelers
