Office Operations Coordinator
Philadelphia, PA | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ET


We are a fast-paced, growing small business seeking a reliable and organized Office Operations Coordinator. This role is critical to our daily operations and involves coordinating drivers, managing billing, and ensuring timely execution of orders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and assign daily driver routes
  • Handle billing processes and related activities using QuickBooks
  • Submit 811 "Call Before You Dig" requests to state agencies
  • Prepare and manage order lists for timely installations
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer service issues


Qualifications:


  • Prior office management or operations experience
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks; SAP or similar database knowledge is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with the Philadelphia and Tri-State area is a strong advantage
