Office & Event Internship

Company Description: S.A.F.E. (Security, Athletic Facilities & Events) Management is a specifically tailored guest services, security, crowd management, and parking staffing company that specializes in sport facility, special event management, and 24/7 facility security.

Description: S.A.F.E. Management is currently looking to hire an intern at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada! The internship can be used for college credit and will be paid.Job responsibilities include:

• Assisting with interview prep, interview scheduling, interviews, data input, and interview communication
  
• Work in the applicant tracking system through interview to hire date
  
• Assist with verification of employment status
  
• Training check-in assistance, training knowledge, and training data input
  
• Assisting with small events from scheduling through the actual event date
  
• Reconciling shift work for payroll accurately
  
• Shadowing/assisting with the scheduling process for major events
  
• Collaborate on staff communications for everything from interviews to event notices
  
• Be knowledgeable and a resource on event days to be able to assist with needs as they arise with both the client and employees
  
• On or before event days help with organization and distribution of necessary equipment
  
• On event days assist with guest ingress and egress to ensure a smooth transition into and out of all managed facilities
  
• Assist with checking in and out 1,000 staff members on major event days
  
• See the entire hiring process and understand the focus of each step (interview, online training, in-person training)
  
• Understand and shadow all the pieces of a major event. Including being able to respond to incidents or Supervisor calls on event days.
  
• Be able to operate independently a small event from start to finish (schedule, event prep, operate, reconcile)
  

General Description:

S.A.F.E. Management is the primary event staff provider of Allegiant Stadium! Our interns will work the following events:* Raiders Football Home Games

• UNLV Football home games
  
• Other Major Stadium Events (concerts, international soccer, NCAA Bowl Games, etc.)
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
  
• Positive attitude and team first mindset
  
• Learn and understand the S.A.F.E. Management philosophy (crowd management with a focus on guest services)
  
• Develop into a resource for team members - know their most common questions/ issues, and how to help them solve those problems
  
• Obtain a PILB Work Card (Security License)
  

Hours

Average of 30-40 hours per week

Duration: August 2025 - February 2026 (will work with candidate on official start / end date)

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $16.25 per hour on non-event days & $17.75 per hour on event days
