Our company is seeking In Home Caregivers who have an interest in providing home health care services to individuals with varying levels of disability throughout the Metro area. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of interpersonal and communications skills and will work well under pressure, but also be able to work independently. A successful candidate for this position will exhibit a genuine desire to help customers in their home, work well with a team of professionals, and remain flexible and responsive to the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other medical staff.
- Use care-planning and documentation software to efficiently track patient care.
- Adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations.
- Provide personal care services in accordance with the patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs.
- Be a personal advocate for the patients in your care.
