The primary purpose of the OEBB-PEBB Systems Principal Data Strategist is to lead enterprise-level data and reporting strategy across system enhancement projects, aligning technical solutions with business needs and policy objectives. This role drives process automation ensures compliance with regulations and serves as the lead expert for data migration and archival efforts tied to the Benefits Management System replacement.
This position falls under the OPA4 classification. The AA Rate Pay Range for this position is $7,353.00 -$10,827.00 USD Monthly. The information in your application will be used to complete an Equal Pay Analysis to determine salary placement upon hire.

Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be visible in your application for consideration.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and five years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
OR;
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to eight years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
An MPH, MBA, or Ph.D. in a related area may substitute for two years of experience.
