Permanent NP/PA - Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Location: Dothan, Alabama
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical exams, obtain medical histories, and develop treatment plans
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions under physician supervision
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate
Educate patients on preventive care, medications, and health maintenance
Document patient interactions using EMR and coordinate referrals as needed
Qualifications:
Certified NP or PA with an active or eligible Alabama license
Prior clinical experience preferred (setting varies based on placement)
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team-based model
