Nurse Practitioner

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat clients using trauma-informed, patient-centered approaches.
  
• Prescribe and manage medications in coordination with a supervising physician.
  
• Oversee nursing staff and medication dispensing procedures, as needed.
  
• Maintain complete and timely medical records and coordinate outside referrals.
  
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and other prescribers to ensure continuity of care.
  
• Participate in team case planning, quality reviews, and clinical consultation.
  
• Educate clients on treatment options with empathy and clarity.
  
• Respond to urgent or emergent medical situations as appropriate.
  

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (WV) - Psych NP preferred.
  
• Master�s degree in Nursing (required).
  
• Active DEA eligibility
  
• 2+ years of experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health (preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of psychotropic medications and addiction medicine.
  
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire).
  
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to person-centered care.
  

• Remote/Telehealth
  
• Flexible PRN/Part-Time (8-24 hours/week)
