This position is primarily responsible for booking, maintaining and servicing loans of all account types and filing of collateral documents. The position also serves as an information source for Loan Officers, Universal Associates and other Bank personnel regarding loan accounting.
This candidate preferably should have previous banking experience along with the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to make timely, reliable decisions regarding assigned operational activities
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Moderate keyboard skills at 60 wpm and 10-key by touch
- Advanced PC skills including word processing, spreadsheets and database software programs
- Advanced interpersonal, oral and written communications skills with ability to convey detailed information to lending staff and branch personnel
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of loan terminology, documentation, loan processing and OSI.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through the completion of 1-2+ years banking experience at Legacy.
- Position will require person to be stationary for periods of time in an office working at a desk.
- Person will need to be able to move about inside an office to access files, office machinery, etc.
- Position may require the ability to work before or after normal business hours and some Saturdays.
