American Natural Processors is seeking a self-motivated and highly focused individual to apply their production experience to both the Crush and Refinery side of our Plant while training our new employees to work independently in those roles. Your previous experience in manufacturing or food processing is of great value to us and we hope that you will contribute to our culture by applying your knowledge and experience to our current processes and work with our team to make a quality product. - Maintain a clean and functional workplace that complies with all safety and food grade regulations.
- Meticulously document production processes and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Be an expert at the starting up and shutting down the refinery and crush equipment.
- Become an expert in truck receiving and the loadout process
- Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems when issues arise
- Resonsible for continuous monitoring of equipment - with a focus on the quality of the finished product.
- Report variances and issues as soon as they become apparent.
- Models respectful behavior with all employees at all times.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Master Operator or Production Manager as needed.
Consistently follows all safety requirements - including wearing PPE and following best practices.
