Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This overnight role combines guest service, light accounting, and operational duties to ensure a smooth and clean start to the next business day. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently through the night.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean all public areas of the hotel, including the bar, lobby, and restrooms, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
  
• Tidy and organize the kitchen and ensure it�s ready for morning operations. This includes: wiping down surfaces, finishing dishes from evening service, ensuring the service area is clean, waters are refilled, coffee machine is refilled with espresso beans and water.
  
• Reset and arrange all furniture in public areas to standard layout before morning service. This includes: wiping down tables, chairs, cushions.
  
• Wash linens (table cloths, napkins, dish towels, etc.), fold napkins, etc.
  

Bar & Service Station Preparation

• Restock the bar and all service stations with necessary supplies including beverages, utensils, glasses, and condiments. Additionally, cleaning mats, shelves, and floors.
  
• Ensure all glasses, silverware, and barware are polished and ready for use.
  

Inventory & Reporting

• Assist with counting inventory of bar, kitchen, and hotel supplies.
  
• Report any low stock items or discrepancies to the manager.
  

Guest Services

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to any guests during overnight hours, including late check-ins, room requests, or emergencies.
  

Security & Operational Support

• Monitor the premises for security issues and report any unusual activity.
  
• Ensure all entrances, exits, and back-of-house areas are secure throughout the shift.
  

Event Setup and Breakdown

• Setup areas as requested for upcoming events; follow layouts and instructions and proactively ask any questions.
  
• Breakdown and clean any event areas as requested and put tables, chairs, etc. back as instructed.
  

Communication

• Communicate with manager and other staff as items are requested or needed
  
• Provide a summary of work completed at the end of shift, note anything incomplete and reasoning as to why.
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel, boutique hospitality environment, or high-touch guest service role preferred.
  
• Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS), point-of-sale systems (i.e. Toast), and Google Suite.
  
• Impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion.
  
• Warm, gracious demeanor with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during overnight hours.
  
• Flexibility to assist with additional responsibilities or occasional extended hours as needed.
  
• A genuine appreciation for artful design, storytelling through hospitality, and elevated service.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
