Call center employees are needed for busy family practice. Call center staff are required to support the front office as needed.
Responsibilities include call center, patient check-in, patient check-out, updating demographics and insurance, insurance verification, scanning, collecting copays and balances, giving appropriate paperwork to patients arriving at the office, faxing as needed, distribution of paperwork to appropriate locations in the office.
We are a large practice with a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction, excellence in customer service and exceptional patient care. The right candidate needs to be compassionate with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Teamwork and multitasking is an important key for success.
