- Train and coach team members on their roles and responsibilities and ensure they are meeting all Brand and food safety standards.
- Train restaurant team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee's tools.
- Help onboard restaurant team member using Brand and franchisee tools and systems.
- Ensure restaurant team can execute new product rollouts
- Communicate clearly with restaurant team members and managers.
- Serve as a role model for restaurant team members.
- Provide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the same.
- Basic Computer Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
