Position Overview:


We are seeking a driven and experienced Multifamily Cabinet and Stone Salesperson to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in cabinetry and stonework for multifamily projects, who thrives in a client-facing role and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, estimating and quoting multifamily cabinet and stone projects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with developers, builders, and contractors.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate cabinet and stone solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and consultations as needed.


2. Estimating & Quoting:

  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for multifamily cabinet and stone projects - Experience with Innergy preferred but not required for project tracking, resource planning and performance reporting.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to determine material needs and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility and accuracy.


3. Project Coordination:

  • Work closely with project managers and fabricators to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.
  • Resolve any issues or changes in scope with professionalism and efficiency.


4. Product Knowledge & Innovation:

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and fabrication techniques.
  • Provide input on new product offerings and custom capabilities.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in cabinet and/or stone sales, preferably in multifamily or commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of stone products, including quartz, granite, and marble.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
