Mortgage Collections Representative

• Reach out to customers via phone, email, or mail
  
• Build and carry out custom repayment strategies
  
• Track account activity in our call center system
  
• Collaborate with teammates to maximize recoveries

• Bachelor�s degree or equivalent related work experience
