We are seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to join our team at the Jewish Community Center in your city. In this role, you will play a vital part in teaching swimming skills and promoting water safety among our community members, contributing to our mission of fostering a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Develop and implement engaging swim lesson plans for various skill levels.
- Instruct individuals and groups in swimming techniques and water safety.
- Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a safe swimming environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with children.
- Experience working with students in a recreational or educational setting is preferred.
- Ability to manage behavior effectively in group settings.
