This role is a pay-per-conversion 1099 position, and you are paid upon client invoices being paid and/or assignments being completed.

We are seeking skilled attorneys to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas of law but 3+ year of estate planning and a passion for providing high-quality legal services to clients. The nature of this position can allow an attorney to easily supplement their existing practice, and add an additional revenue stream.

• Research legal issues and provide advice to clients
  

• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
  

• Draft legal documents such as contracts, trusts, wills, etc.
  

• Stay current on changes in the law and regulations
  

• Handle a diverse caseload covering areas such as estate planning, business law, tax law,
  

• 3+ years of direct estate planning experience required
  
• Licensed and in good standing with your state bar
  
• Familiarity with ILITs, tax & business succession planning, and Medicaid/Medicare issues preferred
  
• Excellent client communication and drafting skills
  
• Reliable internet connection, Zoom proficiency, and ability to manage a calendar
  
• Self-driven and organized, with a commitment to client service
