We operate a 24/7 crisis center, including phone, text, and chat services. Overview of the role


Assist with managing daily operations of the Mobile Crisis Outreach program according to agency policy and practices. Oversee the hiring and supervision of Mobile Crisis Outreach staff who coordinate and directly respond to individuals experiencing mental health related crisis. Foster and maintain strong relationships with community partners through collaborative opportunities, and community outreach. Maintain records for payroll, basic accounting, program data, documentation, billing, and scheduling needs. Participate in regularly scheduled conferences with internal staff, and Foundation 2 contracted agencies.


This position operates out of multiple offices with two days per week dedicated to our Bettendorf office, two days per week dedicated to our Dubuque office, and monthly meetings taking place at headquarters in Cedar Rapids.

Must reside in Iowa, Illinois, or Wisconsin.

What you’ll do

What you need


  • Bachelor�s degree in a human service-related field required and 2 or more years relevant experience.
  • 5 years Supervisory Experience Required
  • High comfort with computers with ability to type quickly and multi-task.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Valid driver�s license and be insurable by the agency auto insurance policy.
  • Pass all background checks completed by Foundation 2 Crisis Services.
  • Submit copy of college degree or transcript as required by licensure for personnel file.
  • Live in Iowa
  • Master�s Degree preferred, plus 5 years of human services experience
  • Experience in crisis services preferred.
  • The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, project management experience, and fosters a positive work culture within a trauma informed setting.
