Job Summary:The Mitigation Project Manager oversees water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is performed according to industry standards, insurance requirements, and company protocols. This role involves managing field technicians, coordinating schedules, communicating with clients and adjusters, and ensuring timely and profitable completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple mitigation projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
Conduct site inspections and create accurate scopes of work.
Oversee field crews to ensure efficient and quality execution of jobs.
Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, insurance adjusters, and third parties.
Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and all safety regulations. (Training available)
Maintain detailed project documentation including photos, notes, moisture logs, and change orders.
Schedule and coordinate equipment, labor, and materials for each project.
Provide estimates and secure proper documentation and approvals before work begins.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency losses when needed.

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or construction project management is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment and manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Exposure to wet, mold-affected, and potentially hazardous environments.
