MIG Welders Needed
- Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and job instructions
- Set up welding equipment and adjust settings for different weld types and thicknesses
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, using measuring tools as needed
- Grind, cut, or clean metal parts to prepare surfaces for welding
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals
- 1+ year MIG welding experience required (fabrication experience a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, square, calipers)
- Must pass a weld test during the interview process
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
