Saif Communications, a Premier Authorized dealer for Metro by T-Mobile located in Madison Heights, Michigan, with locations in Michigan, Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, Minnesota, and Iowa has an immediate opportunity for an experienced sales/operations leader who is ready to take the next step in their retail leadership career as a Metro by T-Mobile General Manager. As the Metro by T-Mobile General Manager for Saif Communications, you will take ownership of the customer experience and sales performance of our stores, develop the capabilities of our district and store managers, and bring the metro by T-Mobile brand to life every day!

As a Metro by T-Mobile General Manager for Saif Communications, you will be:

• Creating and executing monthly game plans to achieve assigned sales and KPI targets through retail channel
  
• Ensuring all operational metrics are at standards as defined by Carrier (metro by T-Mobile) and SAIF Communications (staffing, brand, customer experience, audit scores, etc.) through District Managers
  
• Creating IDP with direct reports to foster professional growth and skill enhancement of frontline leadership team
  
• Conducting monthly in-store visits across retail channel to ensure sales, operational, and customer experience goals are attained
  
• Primary source of communication with retail channel: weekly, monthly, quarterly calls/in-person and virtual meetings
  
• Identifying and executing needs-based training for all employees in retail channel, including technical knowledge and skill development
  
• Managing and resolving all customer escalations as needed
  
• Reviewing retail organization structure at SAIF Communications and implement changes as deemed necessary
  
• Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding all District Manager roles in the retail channel
  
• Performance Managing and terminations of under-performing District Managers as necessary
  
• Representing SAIF Communications at Carrier meetings, trainings, workshops, etc. as needed
  
• Weekly/monthly coaching sessions with District Managers to improve or maintain performance

Saif Communications we require our Metro by T-Mobile General Manager candidates have the following skills and experience:

• Experienced multi-unit sales/operations leader with 3+ years of experience in the wireless or consumer electronics industry with T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile is required
  
• Demonstrated history of increasing sales performance, customer experience, and key metric performance across multiple retail stores
  
• Track record of identifying, developing and retaining top talent
  
• Ability to develop productive relationships across all levels of our organization and with our carrier partner metro by T-Mobile
  
• Strong analytical skills: can dissect sales data to create action plan to improve performance across districts
  
• Inspirational leadership: understands how to build a positive culture that brings out the best in people
  
• Persuasive communicator can create positive energy and performance through interaction with front line sales leaders and individual contributors
  
• Experience creating and executing recognition/rewards program in retail setting
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you view this role as your own business and are invested like a business owner would be to its success
  
• A few �Must Have�sâ€: ability to travel 60% (self-directed), desire to work in a small company environment
  
• This position is located at the corporate office in Madison Heights Michigan. Candidate must be willing to commute or relocate prior to starting work.
