The Y is seeking a welcoming and service-oriented
Membership Experience Specialist to be the frontline ambassador for our community. This role is essential in creating positive first impressions, fostering member relationships, and supporting our mission of healthy living for all.As the face of our Y, you will greet members with enthusiasm, process membership enrollments, answer facility questions, and connect members with programs that meet their needs. Your ability to provide exceptional service will directly contribute to member satisfaction and retention.
