What this role looks like:


To assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs; explains services, sets up new accounts, responds to problems, and directs members to the appropriate people. Successful candidates will share Envista's Core Values of Integrity, Empower, Unity, Impact, and Exceed.


What you'll do:


Assist members with opening and closing accounts, answer questions about products and services and resolve problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refer problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.


Assist members with loan requests and disburse loan proceeds as requested by underwriter. Assist Branch and Assistant Branch Manager in all areas as needed.


Identify opportunities and effectively cross-sell credit union products and services to members.


Act as liaison between members and various organizations and departments.


Maintain member account information on computer system.


Ensure that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.


Perform other related duties as assigned.
