(Rotational shifts)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - Required
- Medical Assistant Certification - Preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Medical Assistant or healthcare support training program preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or urgent care setting is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Greet and assist patients during intake and triage, including obtaining vital signs and medical history
- Support clinical documentation and EMR data entry for providers
- Maintain clean and organized exam/treatment rooms; restock and sterilize equipment as needed
- Monitor patients and communicate any status changes to clinical team
- Assist with patient flow, coordination, and transfers within the facility
- Respond to patient calls and requests in a timely, compassionate manner
- Follow infection control policies, safety protocols, and facility procedures

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
