Bozeman Clinic is looking for a professional, friendly, and motivated individual who would be dedicated to providing superior customer service to our patients.


  • The job description includes all aspects of reception responsibilities such as greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling payments, responding to medical records' requests, etc.
  • In addition, this position requires excellent skills in keyboarding, written and verbal communication, time-management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • We are looking for an individual who is able to thrive within a very active and fast paced environment and yet respond calmly in stressful situations. Being able to prioritize work tasks and engage in multi-tasking is imperative.


The Bozeman Clinic is offering a full-time position with competitive wages based on experience. Medical reception experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with an electronic health record is preferred but not required.
