Medical Office Receptionist

Inland Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy is a women-owned, outpatient specialty clinic dedicated to pelvic rehabilitation for both men and women. We are pelvic health experts providing personalized and holistic pelvic therapy, helping to find symptom relief, build confidence, and feel empowered in pelvic wellness through every stage of life.

We’re hiring a full OR part-time

• Greet patients warmly and check them in with efficiency and empathy
  
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient communications
  
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with authorizations
  
• Collect payments and maintain accurate billing records
  
• Maintain and update patient records in our EMR system (HIPAA-compliant)
  
• Support clinic flow: scanning, stocking, light laundry, and provider communication
  
• Contribute to a calm, clean, and professional front office environment
  

• Experience in a medical or therapy clinic front office (preferred)
  
• Understanding of HIPAA and a commitment to confidentiality
  
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
  
• A kind, composed demeanor even in a fast-paced setting
  
• Familiarity with EMRs and medical terminology is a plus
  
• A desire to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to patient care
  

• Schedule: 20-40 hours/week
  
• Typical hours: Monday-Friday, between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
