Program Manager to lead the execution of our equipment programs from kickoff through delivery and support.


Position Summary

The Program Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of customer machine projects, acting as the central hub between engineering, operations, service, and the customer. This person will manage timelines, budgets, scope, risks, and communication to ensure we deliver world-class equipment on time and within spec. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the complexity of custom machinery projects involving mechanical design, controls, assembly, and field service.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact internally and externally for assigned customer machine programs
  • Lead project kickoffs and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across engineering, purchasing, assembly, and service
  • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, controls, and field service teams to ensure program alignment and execution
  • Track progress across multiple active projects and proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and scope changes
  • Maintain program-level documentation including project plans, status reports, BOM progress, change orders, and key decisions
  • Interface with customers regularly to provide updates, set expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the process
  • Collaborate with production to coordinate FAT (factory acceptance testing), shipment, and install planning
  • Support post-installation follow-ups and drive continuous improvement from lessons learned
  • Help develop standard workflows and tools to streamline custom project execution and support future product standardization


Qualifications


Required:


  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial equipment environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems
  • Comfortable working hands-on with engineering teams and in a shop floor environment
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal teams and with customers
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field


Preferred:


  • Background in custom equipment or automation systems
  • Familiarity with polyurethane systems, industrial fluid handling, or process equipment
  • PMP or similar certification
  • Experience with ERP systems and BOM tracking
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks and PLC/HMI-based systems


Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is

$95,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and industry background.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
