Work with our team of talented and motivated engineers and designers to develop mechanisms and machines for robotic stitching. We develop machines from concept through production and installation
Assist with generating machine concepts in CAD
Direct the application of machine design standards, such as GD&T, slip fits, press fits, thread engagement, gear selections, pullies, mechanisms, etc.
Perform simulation analyses
Work with our designers to detail designs and make production drawings
Manage machine builds and direct suppliers
Assist with installation/startup/testing/debug/runoff of sewing heads on bench builds and in robot cells
Deliver technology projects per our development procedures, leading technical reviews and project gate reviews
Participate in developing & compiling machine BOMs and operator manuals covering operation, adjustment, service, and troubleshooting for new machine designs
Participate in assessing feasibility of new product designs vis-à -vis our machines
Communicate with engineering and design teams using Zoom, Teams, written communication, and presentation materials
