· Conduct thermal analysis and simulations to evaluate system performance under various operating conditions and environments
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, i.e., product management, engineering, and manufacturing, to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions
· Support design and development of chiller systems, i.e., component selection, system integration, and performance optimization
· Support product testing and validation activities, analyze test results and implement design improvements
· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in thermal systems engineering
· Responsible for the design of components, assemblies and packing, and utilizes data management systems to track and report progress of assignments.
· Verifies drawing content for accuracy and completeness while adhering to industry design standards
· Completes design tasks using PLM workflows
· Responsible for the quality and accuracy of work and performance in meeting hardline schedule deliverable
· Comfortable working through presentations in a group setting, running meetings
· Able to develop consensus in a cross-functional setting
· Ability to manage and maintain project data using appropriate tools
