Manufacturing Engineer at our headquarters in Eleanor, West Virginia responsible for working within the Lead Manufacturing Engineering Team to design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes. Specific duties of the position include: (i) coordinating quality, inventory, logistics, materials, costs, and production functions as a manufacturing specialist; (ii) designing, quoting, and purchasing small to medium-scope project tooling in close coordination with the Lead Manufacturing Engineer; (iii) making PLC/HMI changes to equipment; (iv) monitoring daily defect and downtime issues and reporting findings to the Lead Manufacturing Engineer; (v) leading small to medium-scope equipment modification projects; and (vi) modifying documentation based off of the recommendation/guidance of the Lead Manufacturing Engineer.
Must possess a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering plus three (3) years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering position.
Must have experience (can be concurrent) with each of the following: (i) two (2) years with CAD or PLC’s; (ii) two (2) years developing automated systems; and (iii) any experience with Microsoft Office.
Must be willing and able to work with manufacturing equipment including maintenance.
