Mechanical Engineer

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical design, product development, and cross-functional collaboration. This position plays a key role in developing and improving our mechanical systems and assemblies, supporting both new product development and ongoing improvements to existing products.

• Design, model, and draft mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks and other CAD tools.
  
• Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product structures.
  
• Support the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process through documentation, analysis, and implementation.
  
• Contribute to prototyping efforts and develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
  
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and R&D teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  
• Assist in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products and systems.
  
• Participate in sourcing of materials and components as needed.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across products and processes.
  
• Document design work and maintain records in compliance with company standards.
  

• Bachelor�s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
• 2-3 years of professional engineering experience.
  
• 5+ years of experience in CAD modeling and drafting (SolidWorks preferred).
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and Excel.
  
• Experience with creating product BOMs and assemblies.
  
• Familiarity with Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes.
  
• Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

• Experience with industrial filtration systems or HVAC applications.
  
• Ability to interpret and work from schematics, floor plans, and industrial layouts.
  
• Exposure to manufacturing and assembly environments.
  
• Knowledge of 3D printing or injection molding processes.
  
• Experience with ERP systems and engineering testing protocols.
  
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
  
• Background in R&D product testing and validation.
  
• Certification in Lean 6sigma.
