Materials Manager & Chief, Utility, & Welding Inspectors

Bobcat Pipeline Inspection is hiring for a project scheduled to start in the coming weeks!

We are seeking a Materials Manager and Chief, Utility, and Welding Inspectors with Kinder Morgan experience and Operator Qualifications for a 6 to 8 week project taking place in North Dakota. The ideal candidates will reside primarily within Texas but must be willing and able to travel to work sites across the United States and to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro for training. These roles are crucial to maintaining the integrity of our field inspection services and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through high-quality output.

• Conduct thorough inspections in accordance with Client Company's standards and specifications.
  
• Utilize knowledge of construction processes to ensure compliance with industry and government requirements.
  
• Uphold industry practices to ensure safety, minimize risk, and avoid hazards in the workplace.
  
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
  
• Ensure all inspection documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to energy-industry practices.
  

• Ability to analyze data effectively and draw actionable conclusions.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting findings and providing excellent customer service to clients.
  
• Proactive problem solving and willingness to raise concerns.
  

• Valid driver�s license with clean driving record.
  
• Reliable transportation.
  
• Ability to be on-call and travel potentially long distances to work sites.
  
• Complete and maintain all applicable Operator Qualifications and Kinder Morgan Core Safety Training.
  
• Welding Inspectors must have welding experience.
  
• Computer literate and comfortable with basic report writing and spreadsheets.
  
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods on uneven terrain.
  
• Ability to work in the field with exposure to all weather conditions.
  
• Must be drug-free. Inspectors are subject to random drug screenings.
  

Per diem and mileage reimbursement available - rates dependent on location of the worksite.
