This production position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM, plus occasional weekends as needed. As a Material Handler - Shipping Associate, you'll play a key role in preparing and moving custom fiberglass tanks and components. You'll:

• Operate forklifts, cranes, and carry decks to move tanks/parts
  
• Pull parts and prep molds
  
• Inspect goods and correct quality issues
  
• Measure, weigh, and prepare shipments
  
• Assist with fabrication and mold building
  
• Support senior team members and keep the worksite clean and safe

• Forklift and/or crane experience
  
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand on concrete flooring up to 10 hours per day, wear PPE, work outside in various weather conditions, and demonstrate adequate dexterity and stamina
  
• Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  
• Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training
  
• Basic math skills
  
• Safety-oriented and highly reliable
