Marketing Associate

We are hiring a full-time remote only marketing associate to be a part of a small team. You need to be comfortable with wearing many hats, taking on new challenges and helping the team with new tasks as they arise. You will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers through scalable ways such as growing social accounts, developing ad strategies, and more.

• Create and post engaging videos + captions, stories, highlights etc. (voiceover, trending audio, long form video etc.) daily for multiple social media accounts and several social channels for Hoamsy�s audience in multiple cities.
  
• Reply to all DM�s/comments/reshare stories etc. daily across social accounts questions by providing specific experience/Hoamsy info or re-direct DM�s to email.
  
• Update linktree accounts for all social accounts on a weekly basis with new experiences + updating the links to latest upcoming experiences.
  

• Create and publish ads to acquire new customers across multiple social accounts and markets
  

• Find and recruit potential host/venues
  
• Develop scalable ways to recruit hosts/ venues
  
• Onboard hosts/venues onto the platform
  
• Follow up with hosts/venues regularly to get them aboard
  
• Provide feedback if needed to hosts/venues on completed events
  

• Support guests/hosts/venues via email, DM, phone, and live chat. Answer questions related to tickets, event related questions, waitlists, private events and any other queries they may have
  
• Review and update experiences and experiences grid
  
• Update imagery and language on experiences
  

• Manage the team inbox on a daily basis
  
• Ensure all customer emails are responded to
  
• Discuss any customer related issues with the team that come in via DM/comment/email.
  

Literally anything else that comes up, we’re a small team :D

We are actively hiring for this position and we require relevant prior experience for this role. If you are shortlisted for the first round interview, please come prepared to show examples of previous social media video posts.

Note: If you are selected for the second round, you will be given an assignment in social post creation that is to be submitted prior to the interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
