Collect information from prospects, process applications, and move information to leasing specialist as appropriate to aid in the marketing and leasing processes.
· Communicate and address walk-ins for leasing and marketing
· Call prospects and work with them - direct them on items needed for approval, showings, or discuss similar units
· Follow up with prospects until lead is greater than 90 days old from original application
· Process applications and follow up with applications twice daily at 9 AM and 1 PM Daily
· Approve or Deny Prospects, enter tenants in RentManager
· Schedule and follow up with self-showings
· Collect First Month Rent and security deposit
· List properties on the MLS, Section 8, HTH Website same day or next business day by noon
· Send section 8 emails to Roanoke and Danville Markets
· Manage and track lockbox return process
· Maintain and update properties Available Spreadsheet
· High level of organization
· Ability to work independently, as part of the marketing team, and the rest of the company
· Competence with property management software

· 1-3 years’ experience in marketing or leasing processes with property management focus
· Real estate experience preferred
· Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
· Proficiency in software systems to perform marketing functions
· Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Pay: $13.50 - $16.50 per hour
