We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations in our café environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience while driving sales and operational efficiency.

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
  
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a positive work environment and enhance team productivity.
  
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  
• Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and adherence to health standards.
  
• Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for efficient transaction processing and sales tracking.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  
• Implement effective time management strategies to optimize staff schedules and operational efficiency.
  
• Conduct regular cash handling procedures, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for daily transactions.
  

• Proficiency in Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is preferred.
  
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent sales skills with a focus on driving revenue through exceptional customer service.
  
• Experience in food service, including food handling, preparation, and safety protocols.
  
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
  
• Previous barista or coffee experience is a plus, along with serving skills in a café setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
