The primary responsibility of the Manager - People Analytics & Systems is to collaborate and partner with property leadership in the production of timely and astute analyses, which leads to actionable results to drive better efficiency and overall company profitability. This position will oversee compensation processes to include multiple incentive programs for various departments with the goal of creating efficiencies, increasing revenue, reducing expenses, or improving controls. This role ensures the accuracy, security, and efficiency of HR data and systems, supporting People Operations and strategic initiatives
