Manager of Enterprise Applications - Onsite Scottsdale

The Manager of Enterprise Applications is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise software applications across the organization. This individual will lead a team of analysts, developers, and system administrators to ensure that business applications align with organizational goals, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a positive end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise applications team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
  
• Define and execute the application roadmap in alignment with our company strategy and business needs
  
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units to understand application needs and prioritize initiatives
  
• Oversee the selection, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise-level applications
  
• Ensure systems are integrated appropriately and perform optimally
  
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and software releases in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders
  
• Manage multiple concurrent projects involving enterprise systems - from vendor selection through to post-deployment support
  
• Utilize project management methodologies to deliver on time, within scope, and budget
  
• Ensure enterprise applications comply with security policies, data privacy regulations, and internal controls
  
• Implement and maintain effective policies and procedures for system access, data integrity, and change management
  
• Drive user adoption by developing and delivering training programs and documentation
  
• Maintain service level agreements and ensure timely resolution of application-related incidents and requests
  
• Manage relationships with application vendors, service providers, and consultants
  
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts and renewals
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master�s preferred)
  
• 15+ years proven enterprise application management, and 5+ years in leadership
  
• Hands-on experience with major ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  
• Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, and middleware platforms
  
• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
  
• Familiarity with cloud/SaaS architecture and implementation
  
• Business process improvement and workflow automation experience preferred
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans
