Money Lenders is hiring for the manager position. We offer short term, small dollar loans, check cashing, bill payment, and Western Union products. We are a payday lending company. This position requires excellent customer service skills, cash handling and some collections. Office is staffed with manager and 1 part time assistant. Applicant must be reliable and dependable. Applicant maybe required to train in Casper or Gillette.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise staff in cash handling, and customer service protocols.
- Manage growth of inventory and work collections.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere to enhance overall hospitality experience.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed Sundays and all major holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
