Facility Administrator (FA) is responsible for supervising and coordinating the smooth and effective daily operation of the Dialysis Facility in order to maintain a safe, efficient environment to provide optimum patient care. FA is also responsible to provide a teaching environment in which training and education of the patient is provided in order that he/she may carry out all necessary hemodialysis, CAPD, or CCPD functions in his/her home.
