Manager, BDR at BambooHR, you will lead and develop a team of Outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to maximize top-of-funnel growth. You'll work closely with sales and marketing leaders to devise strategies that increase volume, efficiency, and conversion of outbound-sourced pipeline.Your role involves building and optimizing target prospecting processes, setting and tracking performance goals, coaching and developing team members, and driving alignment between outbound prospecting and overall go-to-market strategies.
