We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment. This role requires a blend of mechanical knowledge, electrical skills, and the ability to perform various maintenance tasks effectively.
- Maintain our pool & spa (will need CPO certification when the next round of classes are offered)
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all equipment and tools used in maintenance activities.
- Execute residential painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Fabricate parts or components as required for repairs or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all maintenance activities.
- Keeping our outdoor spaces maintained
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Experience in residential painting techniques and best practices.
- Ability to fabricate components using various materials and tools.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Basic electrical skills to perform repairs on wiring and fixtures safely.
