- Use welding, cutting, and power tools safely.
- Perform safety checks and inspections.
- Keep records of repairs and maintenance.
- Help improve equipment and workspaces.
- Work with other teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Able to read a tape measure and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and gas systems.
- Experience with welding, grinders, saws, and hoists.
- Can lift 50-100 lbs and work on your feet.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather.
- Pays attention to detail and works safely.
- Has reliable transportation.
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
