Maintenance Technician to help us keep our home safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for our residents.- Assist with painting, refurbishing vacated apartments, and maintaining common areas.
- Help with seasonal grounds care including mowing, raking, and snow removal.
- Support flooring and basic facility upkeep.
- Participate in the on-call rotation (one week per month, paid).
- A team player who�s flexible and ready to adapt to changing priorities.
- General maintenance experience is preferred, but we�re willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and be on your feet for most of the day.

The Converse Home is a private nonprofit senior community. Our assisted living and memory care community is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the southern end of Burlington. We have beautifully landscaped grounds that include large flower and vegetable gardens, a gazebo and many areas for our residents to enjoy being outside.
