Position Summary:
10 hrs. / day, 40 hrs. / week; ability to be on a rotating on-call schedule required. Provide a variety of Master level electrical and semi-skilled maintenance work on multiple county facilities, at various locations, which may include interior, exterior and equipment repairs. Possess the ability to perform skilled labor which includes primarily electrical, with knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and HVAC duties, as necessary. Ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment. Duties include snow removal during winter months.
Pay Grade: 111
High school diploma, or equivalent, specialized or on the job training along with 5 - 7 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, planning, plumbing, or electrical (preferred). Knowledge of practices, methods, equipment, tools and materials used for the general maintenance of commercial public facilities is desired. Master Certification in electrical is required. Candidate must possess a valid Wyoming Driver’s License along with an acceptable driving record. Candidate must be capable of passing a background security/fingerprint check and a work physical.
