- Maintenance experience (Multifamily housing preferred)
- HVAC knowledge; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Complete service requests and maintain community amenities
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Manage after-hours maintenance calls on a rotating basis
- Maintain inventory and ensure safety compliance
- Work closely with the team to provide excellent resident experiences
