Job Overview:
We are looking for a
Maintenance Technician to join our senior cooperative team at Zvago Cooperative Glen Lake in Minnetonka, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the supervisor for the overall maintenance of the building.This Maintenance schedule includes;* 60 hours every two weeks
- Part time, Day shift
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 3 PM
- No weekends!
- Performs general repairs
- Performs other duties as assigned and directed
- Complies with all policies and standards
- On-Call for Maintenance emergencies
- One to three years of previous experience
- Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Three to five years of previous experience
Qualifications:
$22.51 - $31.78 Hourly
