Full time maintenance technician needed to join our dynamic team in servicing the needs of our residents at an apartment community in Sioux Falls. Applicants must have a positive attitude, work well as part of a team, and be driven to get the job done quickly while getting it done right. Resident satisfaction is job number one.
A healthy mix of the following skills is required:
- Basic plumbing repair (valves, sinks, bathtubs, etc.).
- Basic electrical troubleshooting & repair
- Drywall repair
- Door & trim replacement
- Painting (ability to handle a paint gun is a strong plus)
- Flooring skills are a strong plus
- Basic troubleshooting skills (appliances, A/C, furnace, etc.) are a strong plus
Applicants must have their own transportation to occasionally get supplies. Pay depends on experience. Competitive benefits package.
